Fraud awareness
Scammers may use the Sudatrack name or logo to ask for money or data. This page helps you tell real messages from fake ones, and report any attempt.
The golden rule
Sudatrack never asks for payments outside the app, never contacts you through messaging apps or personal accounts, and never asks for your verification code or password. Payment goes to the carrier at pickup, as recorded in your request.
Phishing emails
Emails impersonating Sudatrack that ask for “clearance fees” or “address confirmation” through a link. Warning signs: a sender on a free email service that does not end in @sudatrack.com, unjustified urgency, spelling mistakes, and links to sites other than sudatrack.com.
Fraudulent text messages
Texts claiming your shipment is “on hold” and asking for payment through a shortened link. Our real messages mention only the tracking number and the shipment stage, and never contain payment links.
Fake social media and messaging-app accounts
Accounts that use our logo and offer “cheaper shipping” or ask for an advance transfer. We do not use messaging apps and we never accept advance transfers. Our official channels: the sudatrack.com website, the app, and emails ending in @sudatrack.com.
Employment fraud
Job offers in Sudatrack’s name that ask for “registration” or “visa” fees. Real applications happen only through the careers page, and we never ask for fees at any stage.
Unauthorised use of the Sudatrack brand
Stores or pages that display our logo and imply we sell goods or guarantee a deal. Sudatrack is a shipping platform; it does not sell products or broker purchases.
Account compromise
A notice about a password or phone number change you did not request? Change your password immediately from the app, then message support.
