The trip has departed the origin country towards Sudan.
Arrived
The trip has reached Sudan, and the shipment is being prepared for distribution to its city.
Delivered
The shipment has been handed to the recipient in the destination city.
For questions about a specific shipment, the shipping company that received it is best placed to answer — you can reach it from the request chat in the app.
