What Sudatrack is

Sudatrack (Arabic: سوداتراك) is a technology platform, not a carrier. It was founded on 21 April 2014 by Aboobaida Alrasheid and is owned and operated by SUDATRACK DEVELOPING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE CO. LTD, a private limited company registered in Sudan under certificate of incorporation No. 44758. The shipping company transports and delivers the shipment; Sudatrack provides the request, pricing, tracking and management layer.

What Sudatrack does

Customers use an Arabic-language app to request a shipment, review a per-item estimated cost before confirming, arrange pickup from their address or drop-off at a warehouse, chat with the courier, and follow each stage — pickup, loading, sailing, arrival and delivery — with a 10-digit tracking number and notifications.

Shipping companies use Sudatrack to manage trips, manifests, couriers and warehouses with defined roles, collections and settlements approved by the company manager, GPS-tracked trucks on a map, and automated SMS to senders.

Where Sudatrack operates

The platform is live on two corridors. Qatar → Sudan: pickup across Doha, then shipping, arrival and delivery to the recipient's door. Saudi Arabia → Sudan: collection in Madinah, Dammam, Riyadh and Makkah, consolidation at the Jeddah hub, sea freight to Suakin port, and distribution to more than 35 cities in Sudan. The UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Egypt are in preparation.

Who is behind Sudatrack

Sudatrack was founded and is led by Aboobaida Alrasheid, an operations and administrative executive based in Doha, Qatar, with two decades of experience in operations, international procurement and digital business systems across Sudan, China, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. He designed, built and operates the platform.
